Background

Volvo Car Corporation is in the midst of a huge transformation, going from producing traditional combustion-engined cars to a new world where electrification, subscription models, digitalization, and e-commerce make up the new reality. This calls for new kinds of competencies. Competencies high in demand, that many companies are looking for. And the best people are in the position to choose where they want to work.

 

The brief: “Tell the story about how it is to work at Volvo Cars”.

Solution

We chose 10 different people at Volvo Cars that we interviewed and filmed. They worked at different departments, had different positions, came from different countries, and were of different age, gender, and personalities.

 

But, despite their differences, the sum of all the parts was just like Volvo – a truly global company in the absolute forefront of the business.

 

All assets produced were presented on the Volvo Cars Career Site and used in various digital campaigns and channels on different markets. The purpose was to attract interest for the brand, as well as to provide a glimpse of how it is to work at Volvo.
