Vera is an experienced recruiter, with both recruiting and employer branding up her sleeve. After consulting for Volvo, Ericsson, TietoEvery, Collector Bank, and technical recruiting of developers at Nexer, she has now joined us here at Stendahls. And we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on board.
“When I first heard about Stendahls, I was so impressed by the many cool projects you’re working on,” says Vera. “I got a good feeling the minute I stepped through the door, and that feeling just keeps getting better.”
As the introduction of this interview probably already hinted, Vera will continue her recruiting magic at Stendahls as a Talent Attraction Specialist. “I’m honored that I have the privilege to shape the company by finding the best manpower that’s out there.”
In return from Stendahls, Vera expects openness, respect, and community. “These are stated in Stendahls key values, and are highly valued here.”
Something that isn’t as highly valued for Vera is early mornings or late nights. On the question of which she prefers, Vera answers, “It doesn’t matter actually. I love waking up early, and breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. But at the same time, I’m a night owl and have a million ideas popping up just right before bedtime.”
So both a night owl and a morning person, this woman is full of superpowers. But when in doubt, she listens to Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader. Which is also the song Vera added to the Stendahls playlist. “I heard it the first time when I was a kid and saw Eva & Adam. It gets me going, and I have a lot of memories associated with it”.
