This week, we hosted a thought-provoking Lunch & Learn session led by our talented UX Director, Sara Lerén. Understanding and embracing different thinking styles is essential in our ever-changing world. It enables us to tackle challenges from unique perspectives and find groundbreaking solutions.
Minds of all kinds
The fact that people think and interact with the world around them in different ways is nothing new. These differences can be challenging when we have trouble understanding one another, but we have a lot to gain by improving our communication. The more complex our world becomes, the more diversity we need to solve problems.
