Helping TENA launch the future of continence care

But with growing demands in elderly care and a global shortage of caregivers, TENA saw the need for a smarter approach—one that combined empathy and expertise with digital innovation. The result is a connected continence care solution that’s changing how care is delivered. And they chose us to help launch it.

People are living longer and care demands are growing – but so is the shortage of caregivers. 
In today’s connected world, it’s never felt more natural for nursing homes to turn to technology to provide caregivers with the support they need and residents with the care they deserve. 

Make the right change

The TENA SmartCare Change Indicator is a digital tool that helps caregivers know the right time to change absorbent products—not too early, not too late. Based on the tagline “Make the right change,” the campaign was designed to raise awareness of the solution and highlight the benefits for residents, caregivers, care home budgets—and the environment.

We also aimed to shift mindsets: showing how digital continence care can support a more sustainable and person-centred approach.

To bring it to life, we created a full launch campaign that included:

  • A brand film
  • Photography
  • Social media assets
  • Email campaigns (EDMs)
  • Brochures and sales material
